PeerRatr allows you to rate yourself against an Influencer Characteristics Index (ICI) so that you can learn which characteristics or behaviors you need to cultivate to be more of an influencer to your peers. The rating scale is from 1 to 10 and you need to decide where you fall on the scale with respect to Trust, Motivation, Passion, A Winning Attitude, The Give Factor and your Network of Social Champions. Rate yourself and work on your own personal growth, to be a better influencer for your peers!

Influence can be a very personal subject because our influencers influence us in different ways. Although your influencers may be tipping the scales with their numbers, each person is different and connects with their influencers based on certain behavioral characteristics. Rate your influencers to see where they fall on the Influencer Characteristics Index(ICI) and if it's because of the Trust in your relationship, their Motivation and Passion that energizes you, their Winning Attitude, their Give Factor, or if you consider yourself one of their Social Champions. The PeerRatr ICI

The Influencer Characteristic Index (ICI) is a rating scale based on a set of characteristics that create influence to move peers to action. The Index is not based on science, but rather attributes creating deeper connections and trust, and the qualities more likely to prompt a certain type of behavior, based upon advice or information presented. These characteristics include: Trust, knowledge, Industry Expertise, Motivation, Passion, a Winning Attitude, The Give Factor and Social Champion/Support. You can use the Index to assign different values to each characteristic, in an effort to reveal how lower scores need to be cultivated. The goal of the ICI is to develop and increase influencer ratings to the highest level, in order to gain more influence in a community, amongst your peers.
