Here's how it all comes together with the scores (with the possible top score of 70).
If your score is between 1 and 14, your influencer is just beginning the journey to influencing you. If he/she wants to capture your attention, then this influencer will have to up his/her score in every characteristic. At this point, there's no place for influence to go but up!
If your score is between 15 and 28, then your influencer is on the influencer climb. It's important for this individual to evaluate how he/she can raise the score in each area of development. Your influencer shouldn't give up now, as they are starting to influence you more.
If your score is between 29 and 42, your influencer is not quite influencing at a peak level. Your influencer is sharing and giving, but it's at an average rate. Some of your influencer's scores are higher in a few areas and lower in others. Your influencer must evaluate where he/she needs to work and strive to greater influence heights.
If your score is between 43 and 56, he/she is influencing you and it's truly appreciated. Your influencer's rate of influence is high and this individual is so close to influencing you at the highest level possible. There are probably only a few areas that need work. If your influencer focuses a little more on personal growth, this person can be influencing you at the maximum rank in no time.
If your score is between 57 and 70, your influencer has reached true influencer status. Based on this score, you rely on your influencer for a great deal and your influencer helps you and gives selflessly to you on a daily basis. Not only are you waiting to hear your influencer's thoughts and advice, but you are also acting upon them, using his/her knowledge and influence to make decisions in your life!
I hope your peers will take the time to rate you on the "Influencer Index" Please note that this is an exercise that is not based on science, yet it's logical enough to make you identify and reevaluate how you act, based on how your peers rate you. This is also an exercise to help you achieve higher influence among your peers. If your peers rank you a 10 in all areas, then you are an influencer and you will move your communication from ordinary to influencer in no time at all!
